Is it difficult to set up or use?

Absolutely not!

Unlike most digital signage solutions, ~sedna presenter has been designed to be digital signage for the rest of us: for example, the user interface which has been described as iTunes meets iCal (Apple's diary manager application) : if you've created an iTunes playlist, you can create a ~sedna presenter playlist and if you've scheduled anything using iCal , Entourage or Outlook, you can create a schedule.
